Because of a report that rain was coming to Fontainebleau for a while, I decided to skip out and go check out England. So I've been here since Friday or so.

England had been nice but things have been really expensive. That said it's nice to eat something that isn't a baguette, and it's really nice to be able to talk to people in english... mostly. I have a realy hard time understanding people here, their accents are thick. That said they say my accent is quite thick as well, so who knows. Two countries seperated by a common language as they say.

Today I go back to France, and back to Fontainebleau. So more climbing is in and I'm looking forward to it. There is a 7C there which hs my name on it, which is something like V9 but it doesn't really convert over to well.

This weekend we move on. Possibly to Amsterdam, possibly to Switzerland. I'm not sure which I quite prefer at the moment, but we'll have to see which strikes us as the most entertaining idea.

I'd like to come back through Fontainebleau at the end of the trip though I'm thinking. There's definately some more climbing to be had there and I'm sure there are a few clims that will elude me that I'd like to get a few more chances on.

I'm looking forward to more sightseeing type stuff but that only goes so far. It's less for me about seeing sights and more about meeting people. That's while you'll see more pictures of people I meet on here than pictures of Big Ben or some shit like that. I just don't find them useful. If I want to see a picture of Big Ben I could use Google. But finding a picture of Ellie from Nottingham isn't going to be nearly so easy unless I take the picture myself.
